Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating new enquiries & customers and sustaining strong relationships & contacts with existing contractors
Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations & submittals
Follow up submittals & approvals
Keep up to date the industry trends and competition
Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms
Follow up with existing projects and coordinate with Service
Communicate with customers & factories
Follow up the payment
Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
Input data in CRM and prepare reports for the management
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in A/C Equipment Sales
- Similar working experience in a multinational firm
- Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside & VRV/VRF
- Oil & Gas Account Management (Technical, Commercial, Execution , Aftersales Correspondence)
- Advanced HVAC Knowledge & Experience
Education:
Mechanical Engineering Degree
