Job Responsibilities:

• RA/VRV Service Specialist for Nigeria Market
• Training responsible for local market: Understand local market structure, key players and help to build a strong training strategy
• Achieve annual training target (qualitative and quantitative)
• Provide support to Customers in Nigeria following Daikin Service Pillars such as Promptness Reliability and Kindness
• Support all field and operational issues mainly for Nigeria and Central Africa Region when requested
• Be trained, oriented and introduced to DX/VRV Products
• Be able to perform all type of Field Service Intervention for RA/VRV Products Efficiently (installation/commissioning/Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Repair)
• Generate comprehensive site or work reports on the work performed
• Work completely and comprehensively on VRV and DX sales projects
• Demonstrate good teamwork and adaptability in working with different conditions and
• different nationalities
• Be able to analyze complicated/advanced technical applied and DX/VRV problems and provide solutions.
• Report All Quality related issues to the line manager or the factory
• Provide constructive feedback to further improve work and operations in general

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 3 -5 Years of experience
• Experience working with DX/VRV Products
• Nigeria HVAC Market experience
• Hands-on working experience and knowledge on Electrical, Mechanical and Refrigerant circuits
• Training experience needed
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point and other MS tools

Education:

• Graduate with an Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent)
