Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Spare Parts & Service Operation process on DSM. Creates WO, delivery notes, technicians time accounting, invoicing & follow up on payments if any.
• Work on CRM( Salesforce), follow up until completion with Service Operation & customers.
• Follow up & completion of time bound task & report to Service Administrator.
• Apply Gate passes for Site access.
• Managing Tools Inventory
• Lease Fleet management – Contracts, PO and Invoices
• Invoices for Commissioning & Internal Service jobs.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Service Business – Similar industry
• Should have financial understanding (Cost & Revenue & Profit) & understand Customer Satisfaction.
• Prefer to have experience in SAP
• Experience on sales force will be added advantage.

Education:

• Commerce Graduate

Skills:

• Well versed with computer & usage of excel, words and power points
• Able to generate qualitative report towards customer and management
• Customer Handling, Verbal & written communication skills are mandatory
• Multi-tasking

Personality Attributes:

• Result Oriented & team player
• Customer Handling skill / knowledge

Preferred:

• With relative experience in local market
• Should be equipped with driving license and easy to move around as needed
• Speed is the key working as service coordinator.

KPI:

• Repair Quotation to be converted into WO timely and WO to be invoice immediately once marked as work complete by operation with signed completion report from customer.
• Invoice Submission towards customer and get the acknowledgement.
• All internal WO to be invoice
• Customer satisfaction
• Service Financial reporting/Monthly Service closing
