Job Responsibilities:
- VRV trouble shooting and commissioning and field support
- ASP & technician scheduling & management
- Training technicians on classroom and field
- Preparing Quality Report of site visit
- Technical Support for DX and VRV systems
- VRV – AHU – Controls technical support
- In depth analysis of VRV Service Checker Data
- Build strong service relationships across the department, through excellent service and demonstration of product expertise by resolving field issues
- Develop customer relationships, Follow up & completion of time bound task
- Proactively analyze VRV / DX equipment actual site situation to ensure that equipment is suitable and practical issues are taken care of in advance.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- 5-6 years of experience in VRV units commissioning and trouble shooting
- Site Management
- Knowledge of controls, AHU
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical, Airconditioning)
Skills:
- Technical Skill in trouble shooting of VRV units
Personality Attributes:
- Written and verbal communication in English
Preferred:
- Ability to understand engineering drawing can be helpful in producing better results
- HVAC Service business back ground
- Good in MS Excel, Word & Power Point
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English
- Good inter-personal skills & team player
- UAE Driving License
