My adapter cannot be added to my user account, I get the pop-up “The adapter was not successfully added to your account.”

Please verify that the date on your Daikin user interface is correctly configured. If the date is not correctly configured, the Daikin LAN adapter will not be able to setup a secure connection towards the cloud and registration will fail.

The date of your unit can be verified via the application by going to you unit settings:

  • Select your unit from the unit overview screen 
  • Select the “gear icon” in the top right corner


  • The date can only be adjusted via the Altherma user interface 


  • The date can only be adjusted via the “Daikin Online Control Heating” application. Select the Time to synchronize the time of your smartphone with the user interface.
